Concert Band 1 is designed for primary school students and musicians in their first few years of playing. This session is the final rehearsal and sound check for the gala concert. Participants are reminded that they are required to wear their full school/band uniform for the gala concert.

The session is led by David Law.

• Regal Quest by Rob McWilliams, Band Grade 0.5

• Market in Marrakesh by Tim Fisher, Band Grade 1

• Rising Earth by Laura Estes, Band Grade 1.5

Please bring the following to this rehearsal:

• A pencil for marking directions in your music

• Four washing pegs to secure music on your stand

• A hat, water bottle and sunscreen. Sunglasses are also recommended as the session is outdoors.
