Thank you for your registration to participate in the Central Highlands Festival of Bands: Concert Band and Choir Workshops. Due to licensing and copyright, the music contained your folders are original copies and you will be required to use these copies for the workshops and concert. The music provided for the workshops has been kindly donated for use and will need to be returned at the conclusion of the concert on Saturday. Please ensure that all music is kept flat, tidy and unmarked (light pencil marking for direction on the music is acceptable and encouraged).

To ensure that all participants have a great experience, please ensure that all music contained your folder is learnt to the best of your ability prior to the first rehearsal (Please note that choral music will be distributed at the first rehearsal). This will allow all participants to get the best possible experience from the workshops and make the focus of the rehearsals on musicality and workshopping, rather than learning how to play the music. If all participants could also ensure they have a pencil (for lightly marking directions given in rehearsal on their music), 4 washing pegs (to hold music in place) and a water bottle at all rehearsals and the concert. Please wear hats, sunscreen and sunglasses for the Saturday rehearsal and performance.
